Job Opportunity: Behavior Specialist (Part-Time)
Are you a compassionate and positive individual looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with disabilities and their care providers? BFree Behavioral Solutions is currently seeking dedicated Behavior Specialists to join our team. In this flexible, part-time role, you'll provide in-home services, implement behavior strategies, and work closely with adults receiving support in Family Home Agency (FHA) and group home settings.
We are looking for team members who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, good communicators and able to manage their own schedule. The ideal candidate has experience supporting adults with disabilities and values client dignity, respect, and independence. Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage your own appointments with clients.

Implement behavior support strategies to help individuals build emotional and physical skills.

Collect and record behavior data and observations.

Write clear and timely monthly, quarterly, and/or semi-annual progress reports.

Collaborate with individuals, families and care providers to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation using provided tools.

Participate in regular supervision with a BCBA and attend staff trainings.
Required Qualifications:
-
Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Must be able to drive to and attend in-home appointments.

Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at time management.

Good communication skills with clients, care providers, and BFree team members.

Ability to work independently and reliably meet scheduled appointments.

Fingerprint clearance via Live Scan (required for hire).

Available Monday–Friday, from 2:00–6:00 PM.

Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field (or actively pursuing).

Tech savvy – be familiar with Office 365 & Workforce.

Experience working in behavioral health environments and knowledge of adult rights preferred.
Additional Requirements:
-
Must use personal vehicle, phone, and computer to provide services.

Must meet minimum standards: RBT, 12 ABA units, or at least two years of relevant experience.

Must pass HIPAA technology compliance (strong passwords, 2FA, encrypted messaging, etc.).

Must be open to ongoing supervision and performance evaluations to ensure service quality.
