We are looking for compassionate, positive individuals wanting to make a difference in the life of adults with disabilities and their care providers to join our team part-time. Individuals will be responsible for scheduling their own appointments with clients, collaboration with others, be detail-oriented in note taking, able to observe and collect behavior data, implement behavior plans for physical and emotional skills and write monthly and quarterly reports.
To be successful in this role, the individual will need strong relational skills and be able to provide services with dignity to our individuals. They should have good organizational skills, the ability to manage their time well and work independently. The candidate will have a college degree (or in-process) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or Social Work. Prior experience in a behavioral health environment would be advantageous. Along with this, they will also have experience with adults with disabilities, an understanding of adult rights in relation to said clients, case management skills, and be able to provide their own transportation as they will travel to client homes. Candidate should also be skilled in Office 365, various phone apps, and be available from 2:00-6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
